Bluewater Series, E Namic Series, E Series, Deluge Series Warranty:  Lifetime

Thank you for purchasing your Crowder Bluewater Series, E Namic E Series, E-Series Lite or Deluge Series fishing rod. Not only did you choose a quality product but one that Crowder Rods will stand behind with a lifetime warranty against any defect in material or workmanship. We repair or replace any of these rods found to be defective, upon our assessment. While we believe in keeping our customers happy with a quality product, the warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear of a rod.

Salute Series Warranty: 1 Year

We are very proud of our Salute Series! These rods are also made in Florida and offer a great value in an exceptional rod. Just as we mentioned above, Crowder Rods will stand behind the Salute Series against any defect in material or workmanship. As with the other series, we will repair or replace any of these rods found to be defective once the rod has been returned and assessed at the factory. This warranty also does not cover misuse or normal wear of a rod.

Warranty Process:

1. Please write a brief note explaining the problem with your Crowder rod and make sure that you include your return address and phone number/email address. Enclose it along with a check for $35 (return freight) and your entire rod in a disposable tube or box. Ship the rod and these contents to Crowder Rods, Inc. • 1275 NE Savannah Rd., Unit 4, Jensen Beach, FL 34957

2. If your rod was damaged due to any defect in material or workmanship, we will cover the cost of the repair or replacement during the warranty period and ship the rod back to you within 30 days.

3. Upon receiving the rod at the factory, any defect or damage will be assessed by our warranty department. If evidence indicates that the damage is due to an accident, normal wear or neglect, we will advise you of the additional cost to repair or replace your rod.
